This DIPLOMA program prepares graduates to have knowledge of business analysis tools for insight generation, like Advanced Excel, BI, SQL, and more. Students will create dashboards, record data files, programs, manuals, forms, and procedures, and be able to provide counsel, analysis, setup, execution, integration, and troubleshooting for data analytics queries. Graduates will be able to create intricate business reporting and analytics frameworks and display skills in leadership and communication, so they can conduct research and provide advice to new clients or other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application, and implementation of database management tools. Students are trained to design market research questionnaires, analyze data, and conduct surveys on consumers and competitors, as well as identify trends, to optimize marketing strategies.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
- Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status.
- Mature students must successfully pass the Wonderlic SLE.
- Courses are open to any applicant who possesses a good command of the English language and is able to follow instructions.
- Full-time students must attend the required hours per week as per the course schedule and may do so at times convenient to them.
